PositivGroßes Apartment Und der Betreuer super war immer erreichbar und alles gleich erledigt Herr Muqadas khanNegativMan hört Tag und Nacht die Klimaanlage vom Rixos also man kann nicht mit offen Fenster schlafen.2 Mango keine Fernseher in den Schlafzimmer wenn man 2 Paare sind .Und zu guter letzt überhaupt keine Sonnen auf dem Balkon was sehr traurig ist.Für den Preis würde ich es nicht nochmal anmieten allein der Krach von der Klima schlimm.

From the outset when we arrived the security manager (Vikram) was more than helpful - even allowing us to hotspot my phone to his data as I couldn't get my roaming to work straight off. Anyway I contacted the manager -Mr Shahmir- at First Class as we were early and he was extremely helpful and made sure the apartment was cleaned straight away for us is we could checkin a little early.The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious but I knew this would be as I know Dubai very well having lived there. This is a top location for families and it's a great position right on the beach. This apartment has a great view of the sea and to the front so theres best of all angles and people watching! 5* for the property and location, but it has to be said 5* for Mr Shahmir and Vikram for being really helpful.

We stayed at this apartment for a month. Very well furnished. Could do with some more glasses. Lovely pools. Mr Shahmir, the manager of FirstClass was himself first class. We had a couple of issues, both of which were sorted very efficiently. Thank you.I would highly recommend.
